It wasn't always the case that embedding enterprise was viewed positively - I have been called a naive idealist in the past but I think there are now a lot more people beginning to realise the importance of better preparing young people for the world they're going into with holistic development that includes personal development and enterprise capability. Knowledge can be picked up along the way but young people do need the motivation, skills and capabilities to make the most of their talents and the endless opportunities open to them.
