Errol Lawson’s story is powerfulfrom gang member to youth trainer, Pastor and Leadership Coach – his capacity to engage and motivate young people is truly inspirational.

The ‘Postcode’ mentality and related gang affiliation has been causing division and destruction in communities across the UK and around the world for many years.

Errol believes this mindset not only represents a relatively small geographic location but also reflects a negative mentality and attitude to life, with young people believing,

                        “It’s not possible”,

       “I’m not good enough”,

“I don’t expect much from life”.

The global mindset, on the other hand, represents:

                     Possibility

Freedom

Success.

In his first book, “From the Postcode to the Globe – How to Overcome Limitations and Realise your Potential”, Errol shares the principles learned from his own journey, to empower young people and adults alike to become the best they can be.

Based on his book, Errol and no limits education have developed a series of workshops – inspiring young people to
think differently and equipping them with the tools to
take responsibility to determine their own positive future.

Note from the publisher:

Errol sharing “From the Postcode to the Globe” with me was the catalyst I needed to take a leap, and start no limits publishing. We’ve spent many years raising aspirations and enabling young people to succeed in workshops for young people, their parents, carers and teachers in face to face workshops. Publishing our materials adds another dimension to empowering and enabling young people to raise their aspirations, achieve and succeed.
